Built for real yard chaos.
One operating system for contractor-facing material yard operations.
Most material yards run on paper tickets, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and memory. Owners patch together QuickBooks, a website, a spreadsheet, a delivery calendar, a timeclock app, and a pile of receipts. YardFlow AI was built to replace all of that with one connected operating system.
We focus on the messy, real-world workflow that generic SaaS tools ignore: bulk inventory, contractor pricing tiers, received loads from vendors, delivery tickets, document chaos, employee timeclock, and a locked financial layer for owners.
YardFlow is operations-first, not accounting-first. YardBooks gives you the financial command center without exposing sensitive numbers to every employee. The customer and contractor portal gives the people you do business with a real self-serve experience.
We work hand-in-hand with real yards. Pricing, modules, and integrations keep moving forward.

Built by someone who knows the yard
Codey Steen. I've spent the last 18 years in and around the landscape, earthworks, and supply yard industries, with more than 5 years focused specifically on commercial and retail supply operations. Over that time, I've seen firsthand what it takes to keep a business running — from materials, inventory, and deliveries to pricing, customers, contractors, employees, paperwork, and the nonstop daily demands of yard operations.
After seeing how many disconnected systems, spreadsheets, paper tickets, text threads, and software tools businesses have to juggle just to stay organized, I knew there had to be a better way. That idea became YardFlow AI.
YardFlow AI was built by combining real-world industry experience with a practical passion for software, systems, and workflow design. The mission is to create the first truly all-in-one material yard operating system for contractor-facing suppliers — aggregate, stone, masonry, paver, decorative, building-material, landscape supply, and mixed multi-material yards — helping teams manage estimates, inventory, deliveries, documents, customers, employees, and financial workflows from one streamlined platform.
I love animals, I love this industry, and I love building things that solve real problems. After years of working in and around these businesses, I set out to create the kind of software this industry has needed for a long time: powerful enough to run the whole operation, but simple enough for real people to actually use every day.
